Apple Cider Vinegar Drink

Benefits of Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar:

  1. Increase stomach acidity to promote healthy digestion and prevent sickness.

  2. Blood sugar regulation to promote weight loss and weight management.

  3. Fight kidney and bladder infections.

  4. Aids in total body detoxification.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Braags)

  • 8 oz. water

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Liquid stevia to taste (I use Nature's Stevia)

  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large glass and stir to combine

  2. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Apple cider vinegar can be quite strong. You may want to start with 1/2 tbsp.

  • Variations:

  1. Splash of pomegranate juice

  2. Splash of orange juice

  3. Muddled strawberries

  4. Muddled fresh mint leaves

  5. Grated fresh ginger
